We love to sip red e straight, but nothing beats a cocktail with fun, fresh ingredients.
We've worked with master tasters, local cocktail mix artisans,
and experienced mixologists to come up with some tasty concoctions. Enjoy!

The Red Lady

A simple and luxurious martini from our friends at The Crosswinds Grille

3 oz red e vodka
.25 oz Pope's Kitchen Grenadine
1 Amarena or Luxardo cherry

Add the vodka and grenadine to a shaker with ice.  Shake. Strain into a martini glass or coupe.  Add a cherry and enjoy the creamy goodness that awaits!

Spicy red e Greyhound

Citrus meets spice

2 oz red e vodka infused
with fresno pepper
2oz simple syrup
4oz grapefruit juice

Dust a rocks glass rim with Old Bay seasoning
and fill with ice. Garnish with a fresno pepper.

red e Mules

Mules can be as simple or beautifully complex as you like. Here are a couple examples:

2 oz red e vodka
2oz Molly's Apple Ginger shrub
4oz club soda
We recommend a splash of lemon instead of a lime as it better complements red e.

A great mule from the folks at Happy Hour Collection:
2 oz red e vodka
1 oz Picketts Ginger Beer Syrup (available in medium or hot n spicy)
1 1/2 oz Fresh Orange Juice
1 oz 100% Cranberry juice
2 droppers full (approx 15-20 drops) of Bittermens Elemakule Tiki Bitters
seltzer water
In an ice-filled cocktail shaker, add all but the seltzer water. Shake. Pour into Solid copper mug, top with seltzer water (approx 3 oz), garnish with orange wheel. Enjoy!

Expedition

Bright and bubbly!

2 oz red e vodka
1oz Pope's Kitchen mint simple syrup

2oz dry sparkling wine

Add the vodka, mint simple, and lemon juice to a shake with ice.
Shake and strain into a champagne flute and top with sparkling wine.
